About

As an educator, I have become aware of the growing opportunities for IT to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom. I understand the challenges faced by schools when attempting to implement and adopt new technologies effectively. IT has always been a passion of mine. During my time as a primary teacher, I was constantly looking for ways to use IT to help me work more efficiently and engage my students in a more meaningful way. iDesignIT has provided me with an opportunity to follow this passion while drawing on my experiences as a teacher.

iDesignIT has helped move our school closer to our goal of providing students with 21st-century learning opportunities. They have been instrumental in solving our Tech support issues and we now enjoy quality face-to-face tech support 3 days/week. However, our relationship with iDesignIT is more than tech support; they have also assisted us in providing quality staff iPad training, which has been essential to building staff capability for our BYO iPad classes. We look forward to future staff development as our relationship continues to grow. We have found our experience with iDesignIT positive, timesaving and worthwhile. We have already recommended iDesignIT to other local schools in the Mackay area.
