About

I joined iDesignIT after ten years of working as an IT Support Officer for Education Queensland. Being a part of the team introduced me to a different method of Technology Support Delivery for Teachers. I am passionate about making an impact and iDesignIT has enabled me to have more of an impact on the student’s education. The Teacher-Focused model is more than just fixing short term problems it’s creating long term solutions and strategies not only to minimise problems but also to create opportunities for today’s future leaders.

iDesignIT has helped move our school closer to our goal of providing students with 21st-century learning opportunities. They have been instrumental in solving our Tech support issues and we now enjoy quality face-to-face tech support 3 days/week. However, our relationship with iDesignIT is more than tech support; they have also assisted us in providing quality staff iPad training, which has been essential to building staff capability for our BYO iPad classes. We look forward to future staff development as our relationship continues to grow. We have found our experience with iDesignIT positive, timesaving and worthwhile. We have already recommended iDesignIT to other local schools in the Mackay area.
